y₁-y₂ = m(x₁-x₂)
m = (y₁-y₂)/(x₁-x₂)

m = (-9-10)/(-1-(-3))
m = (-19)/(-1+3)
m = -19/2

[tex] \frac{y2 - y1}{x2 - x1} = m[/tex]

[tex] \frac{10 + 9 }{-3 - - 1} = \frac{19}{-2} [/tex]
