Would you rather have a pound of quarters or a pound of dimes? Please explain

A dime's mass is 2.268 grams and is worth 10 cents.
A quarter's mass 5.670 grams and is worth 25 cents.
a pound of quarters is theoretically worth the same as a pound of dimes. But there is a cutoff that must be reached because we cannot have fractions of coins... Quarters are vastly more useful, so I would prefer the quarters to dimes :)
