we are given that

To find the value of y , substitute the value of x in the given quadratic

[tex] y = 2*7^2-3*7 + 3\\

y=2*49-21+3\\

y=98-21+3\\
\\
y=101-21\\

y=80\\ [/tex]

Hence the value of y=80
