This is distance-velocity-time relationship.

recall that dist = velocity*time

so

velocity = 61 mph

distance = 323.3 mi

so to find time we should divide distance by velocity

t = d/v

t = 323.1/61

= 5.3 hrs (to the nearest tenth)

It will take the car 5.3 hours to drive 323.2 miles.
To get this you simply divide 323.2 by 61.
Which gives you 5.3.
To check this you can do 5.3 * 61. 
This gives you 323.2.
