I attached the working and the answer to both questions below.

Please note that C = speed of light, ν = frequency, λ= wavelength

Based on that, the frequency of a 5.6 x 10^10 cm wave 0.545 s⁻¹
 & the wavelength of 0.1096 Hz wave is 2.74 x 10¹¹ cm
