Calculate the force on an area of 16 m2, if the pressure applied is 50 Pa

Pressure is simply the ratio of force over area. In formula this is written as:

Pressure = Force / Area

 

So calculating for the force:

Force = Pressure * Area

Force = 50 Pa * 16 m^2

Force = 800 N
