Can an angle that has a supplement also h ave a complement; always sometimes or never

for example a 30 degree angle has a 60 degree angle as its complement and a 150 degree angle as its supplement.

if you choose a 90 degree angle it can only have a supplement
if you choose a 180 degree angle it can't have either
