With Elimination system:
Substract -4x + y = -1 with -2x + y = 1
and... the result: 2x = 2, so x = 1

Subtitution: -2x + y = 1
⇔-2 . 1 + y =1
⇔ -2 + y = 1
⇔y = 3

The final answer is D ( 1, 3)
