According to the question,
The rise in temperature per hour= 2°C = 35.6°F
Change in temprature from 0 to 14°F= 14°F

Time taken to increase temperature by 35.6°F= 60 mins
Time taken to increase temperature by 1°F= 60/35.6 mins = 1.685 mins
Time taken to increase temperature by 14°F= 1.685 x 14= 23.6 mins= 24 mins (approx)
