The easiest way to do this is to convert all the numbers into one form, i like decimals better, :) so....

.8, .08, 18, .125, .444

the least would be .08, then it would be .125, .444, .8, then 18

then you just convert the numbers back to their original form and you have the answer!
8%, 1/8, 8/18, 0.8, 18
