In order to avoid discriminating against Zainab based on her religion, GVB MUST MAKE REASONABLE ACCOMMODATION FOR HER RELIGIOUS NEEDS. Discriminating against people in the work place because of their religion or race is a criminal offense punishable under law. In order for GVB to avoid court suit it must make necessary and reasonable accommodation pertaining to Zainab religion.
