First find the O. Using Pythagorean theorem, O = 2sqrt(13)

Now let's establish the rules:
(We will use x instead of theta since I don't have that symbol on my phone)

sinx = O/H = 2sqrt(13)/14 = sqrt(13)/7
cosx = A/H = 12/14 = 6/7
tanx = O/A = 2sqrt(13)/6 = sqrt(13)/3
cscx = H/O = 14/2sqrt(13) = 7/sqrt(13)
secx = H/A = 14/12 = 7/6
cotx = A/O = 6/2sqrt(13) = 3/sqrt(13)
