NO(neutral) is nitrosyl, NO(with +1 charge) is nitrosonium and NO(with -1 charge) is nitroso, believe me it becomes a bit confusing with this ligand when it is paired with a central metal atom of variable O.S. to guess in which state it is acting as a ligand!
