no not technically most of the time it is just their miles and maybe their esophagus, and also your stomach if you're lucky. Most of the time the ice cream isn't cold all the way down it is warmed up or by your core body temperature. The only way your full body would be cold when you eat ice creams if you are already cold in your and your core temperature has dropped.
