(2,5) and (4,13)

y - y1 = y2 - y1

x - x1    x2 - x1

 

y - 5  = 13 - 5 = 8/2 = 4 x - 2     4 - 2

y - 5 = 4x - 8

y = 4x - 3

m = 4, c = -3
