Equation: y = -2x + 4

Explanation: The reason that this would be the answer is because when the 2 points shown are put into graph form (as seen in the picture below) we can see that the slope of the equation is -2 and the y-intercept is 4. So, knowing this, we could fill in our slope-intercept form (y = mx + b) and there we have our equation.
