A geometric sequence is one in which any term divided by the previous term is a constant.

This sequence would be geometric if 19/25 = 13/19.  Are those equal?

In an Arithmetic Sequence, the difference between one term and the next is a constant.

This sequence would be arithmetic if 19-25 = 13-19.  Are those equal?
