Hey there!:

The law of boyle is used:

initial pressure ( P1 ) = ?

initial volume ( V1 ) = 13 L

final pressure ( P2 ) = 1.8 atm

final volme ( V2 ) =  5 L

P1 *V1 = P2 * V2

P1 * 13 = 1.8 * 5

P1 * 13 = 9

P1 = 9 / 13

P1  = 0.692 atm

Hope this helps!
