well do you really need help? 4 dresses, 4 years of fabric, the answer is one yard per dress, since a yard is 36" it's nearly perfect for most dresses

Sinve there was 4 yards used on 4 dresses, you have to divide to find out how many was used for 1 dress. 4÷4 is equal to 1. SO SHE USED 1 YARD FOR EACH DRESS :)
