k=m (a+3x)
k/(a+3x)=m
m=k/(a+3x) <------------------

k = am + 3mx

Group by taking common factor m

k = m(a + 3x)

Divide both sides by (a +3x)

k / (a+3x) = m

Then, m = k / (a+3x). This is the answer
