Answer:

a(n) = 12 + 8n

a1 = 20

a2 = 28 = 20 + 8

a3 = 36 = 20 + 8.2

a4 = 44 = 20 + 8.3

.......

=> this is a arithmetic with a1 = 20

d = 8

=> an = 20 + 8(n - 1) = 12 + 8n
