True

7^16+7^14=7^14(7^2+1)=7^14(49+1)=7^14*50 divisible by 50

7^16/7^14=7^(16-14)=7^2

7^14/7^14=1 or 7^14/7^14=7^(14-14)=7^0=1

a^m:a^n=a^(m-n)
