An object with a mass of 5.0 kg has a force of 20.0 newtons applied to it. What is the resulting acceleration of the object?

By Newton second law of motion
Force = Mass*Acceleration
=> 20N = 5kg*Acceleration
So Acceleration = 20/5 ( Also Acceleration= Force/Mass)
So 20/5 = 4
So Acceleration = 4m/s^2
