Uranus core is denser than Earth core. If move away from the Uranus core, its density decreases more compared to Earth due to difference in outer atmosphere. Thus, Uranus has low gravitational force and it cause less force on object to attract it to the center of gravity. This results in difference of weight on different Planets.
