Using the distributive property, what is the best way to multiply 8 by 7?

8 x 7 = 56

Just multiply the two, if the question was 7 + 8 x 7

then you'd multiply 8 by 7 and that would give you 56

then you'd add 7 for the final answer of 63 but you don't have to add 7 in this problem
