How can you find the centroid, or balance point, of a triangle?

I use this equation:

(x1 + x2 + x3) , (y1 + y2 +y3)
——————- ——————
3 3
So basically you add up all the Xs (the points Aka vertexes) and divide by 3, and then do the same with the Ys, adding the three up and dividing by 3!

Note: The numbers by the x and y are to show that each x/y comes from a different point, being the vertexes
Vertex 1: x1,y1 for example..
