A fuse in a home has blown and the owner wants to replace it with a fuse that can carry more current. Why might the owner's decision lead to a dangerous situation?

the new fuse will not blow up when a higher current is flowing and the circuit wont be broken and high current can heat up the object and cause a fire boom
