If you're talking about hair bangs then definitely go to a professional for the first cut, especially if you have no experience with hair. Then you can try trimming them once they get a bit long, but if you have no experience THEN DO NOT DO A DIY!!!!! If you're talking about a different type of bangs please specify :)
