F=ma=kg*m/s^2=N

Work=W=Force*d=N*m

P=W/time=N*m/s=kg*m^2/s^3=kg*m^2*s^-3=Watt

So 1 Watt of Power is equivalent to (kg*m^2)/s^3 or kg*m^2*s^-3
