-7 - 2 = -9

13 + 2 = 15

Slope = [tex]-\frac{9}{15}[/tex]

Slope is change in y over change in x.
So in this case, it would be 2- -7/-2-13 = 9/-15 = -3/5.

The answer is -3/5.
