Why cant bicycles stand up by themselves

they can, its just very difficult to get them to because their tires aren't solid and flat so the bike can tip easily. their centre of gravity also moves easily so it is very difficult to balance them.

Well if they dont have training wheels on the bike it is jot able to stay stabled and balance
