(x+2/3 is a fraction not division)

solve for x


[tex]6 = x + \frac{2}{3} [/tex]
6=x+2/3
-2/3 -2/3

it's simpler if we just put it into decimal form(at least for me)

6-(.6)= 5.4
x=5.4
