The correct answer is For the degrees use the whole number part of the decimal. For the minutes multiply the remaining decimal by 60. Use the whole number part of the answer as minutes. For the seconds multiply the new remaining decimal by 60.

For fractions You do 360 multiplied by the fraction. For example, 3/8 is 360*3/8, which is 1080/8, which is 135. This is 135 degrees.
