Wollstonecraft says the primary goal of this "false system of education" is to make women "alluring mistresses [rather] than affectionate wives and rational mothers."
In this way, Wollstonecraft says that this false system of education only educates women to be companions. She argues women are "rational creatures" who should be educated as such.
