To find the area of a rectangle, we are going to use the formula: [tex]A=lw[/tex]
where
[tex]A[/tex] is the area
[tex]l[/tex] is the length
[tex]w[/tex] is the width

From our problem we can infer that [tex]l=5x-4[/tex] and [tex]l=(2x-5)[/tex]. Lets replace those values in our formula to find the ara of our rectangle:
[tex]A=(5x-4)(2x-5)[/tex]
[tex]A=10 x^{2} -25x-8x+20[/tex]
[tex]A=10 x^{2} -33x+20[/tex]

We can conclude that the area of our rectangle is [tex]A=10 x^{2} -33x+20[/tex].
