Area of a triangle is calculated by using the formula A=1/2bh
A= 1/2 (8.2) (5)
A=1/2 (41)
A=20.5 or 20 1/2, whichever way you think your teacher wants it.

The area of a triangle is half the base × height. So you multiply 8.2 × 5 to get 41. And when you divide that by 2, you get 20.5
