If your blood sugar was 120 mg / 100 ml, you would expect that you have a high blood sugars. In this range, the kidney is not able to absorb all the glucose in your blood and it will eventually start to spill glucose in your urine. Your body may eventually turn energy to fat and release ketones in your urine.
