m = (y2 - y1)/(x2 - x1)

= 5 -(-1) / -3-6

= 6/-9

= -2/3

(y - y1) = m(x - x1)

y -(-1) = -2/3(x - 6)

y + 1 = -2/3x + 4

y = -2/3x + 3
