The difference between Teletherapy and Brachytherapy is that Teletherapy is radiotherapy using a source of ionizing radiation at some distance from the patient, usually tens of centimetres while Brachytherapy is radiotherapy using radioactive sources positioned within (or close to) the treatment volume
