we have: ∠A + ∠B = 90°

<=> (2x-14) + (3x-6) = 90° <=> 2x - 14 + 3x - 6 = 90°

<=> 5x + 20 = 90°

<=> 5x = 70°

<=> x = 14°

So: ∠A = 2x - 14 = 2.14 - 14 = 14°
