Speed =  [tex]\frac{Distance}{Time}[/tex]  =  [tex]\frac{600}{900}[/tex]  = [tex]\frac{2}{3}[/tex] m/sec

⇒ [tex]\frac{2}{3}[/tex] x [tex]\frac{18}{5}[/tex] = 2.4 km/hr (1 m/sec = 3.6 km/hr)
