The surface area of the cone is 119π

How to find the surface area of a cone?

Surface area of a cone = πr(r + l)

where

  • r = radius
  • l = length

Therefore,

r = 7 cm

l = 10 cm

Hence,

Surface area of the cone = 7π(7 + 10)

Surface area of the cone = 7π(17)

Surface area of the cone = 119π
