Given

Principal = Rs 700

Time = 6 months = 6/12 years = 1/2 years

Rate = 6 % p.a.

To Find

Amount

Formula

Amount = Principal + Simple Interest

So let us firstly find the Simple Interest,

S.I. = (P × R × T)/100

= (700 × 6 × 1)/ 100 × 2

= 7 × 3

= Rs 21

Hence;

Amount = 700 + 21

= 721 Ans.
