The answer from, least to greatest would be:

5/48/0.25, 0.5, then 13/16

Here's the math: 

13/16= 0.8125 <---------------------------------------------- Greatest

0.5= 0.5 <----------------------------------------------------- Middle

5/48= 0.1111...    0.1111/ 0.25= .4444...<----------------- Least
