Answer: 1.71, square root of pi, 16/9 and 13/4

Step-by-step explanation: first you need to make all of them into decimals in order to arrange them so, 13/4 = 3.25, square root of pi= 1.772, 1.71 = 1.71( already a decimal) and 16.9 = 1.777.

Once you have written them all in decimals you can now arrange them from least to greatest.
