C: Yes. the number 200 is neither.

No number times itself twice or threefold is 200 therefore I can conclude it's neither.

Answer: neither because a perfect square is number like 9 or 100 where 3^2=9 and 10^2=100 and likewise for a perfect cube. 200 is not a perfect square or perfect cube for any number
