Width = 9cm

Length = 18cm

Explanation:

Let width = b,

So, length = 2b

Perimeter of rectangle = 2x(length + width)

According to the question,

[tex]54cm = 2X(2b + b)\\54cm = 2X(3b)\\27cm = 3b\\b = 9cm[/tex]

Hence,

Width = 9cm

Length = 18cm
