Well you need to get the molar mass of sodium which is 22.99 g/mol.

Than you take it and use it to divide from the mass of sodium

101.g divide by 22.99 g/mol
This gives you about 4.39 mol

The g cancels out so you are left with just the moles(mol).

The molar mass is found on a periodic table.
