Pick up a relaxing hobby like cooking, or playing a sport.

Go for a jog.

Meditate, do yoga.

Smoke (nah don't do that)

Do breathing exercises.

Make a to do list to make yourself feel more organize and see what you have to do.

Take everything through intervals.
