For each row, you add the numbers in the column headings that have a christmas tree. Then translate these into letters using the alphabet lookup table:
8 = h
4+1 = 5 = e
8+4 = 12 = l
16 = p
... so the first word is 'help'. I'm sure you can figure out the rest.
